        Shocking customer service from Shannon Smith, threatening, abusive, ambiguous ranting; all because they mixed me up with a client who did not pay rent on time when i had done NOTHING WRONG. This is how they treat customers during a pandemic? DO NOT rent with these guys as your landlord, avoid at all costs.
