Leaking water tank almost 3 weeks to replace. Broken front door booked in, no one turning up 3 weeks and counting. Damp and mold in bathroom they are not interested. Numerous jobs needed doing nothing gets done. Calls and emails left unanswered and promises of call backs constantly ignored. Service charge raised to almost 10 a month even though no work has been done in many years. Unprofessional and don't care about tenants

Orwell Housing lack the ability to respond to people who have attended job interviews. If this is how they treat people who applied to work for them I commiserate with the tenants who have to pay money to this rogue landlord. Bizarrely, they probably pride themselves on communication skills which they do not possess. After reading a lot of reviews from people who are unfortunate enough to have Orwell Housing as landlords, I'm glad I don't work for such a cowboy outfit much less live in any of their premises.

For the love of god dont live in a property under Orwells jurisdiction. I have lived here for 38 years as a son of my parents and Ive suffered so much abuse its hard to articulate in a short sentence for your mental health avoid them like the plague

Absolutely dreadful service from this housing association. The level of stress they put my mother under is shocking. I get the impression they don't care about their tenants at all.
