    Imagine paying monthly to keep your car in a secured location with many cameras. Someone attempts to steal your car and then you find out the cameras were not operational at the time. Infuriating to say the least to know you arent safe in your own garage. Fix the bloody cameras what do I pay monthly for???

    Downgrading n poor services from management, repairs and housing team. Very shocking. No one to talk to but there are people sitting there 24/7 who are so called workers. I feel like i just talk to myself all the time. Am a tenant and no works at my house is done

    We recently worked with SW9 to set up a Residents' Association for our development. The team, in particular Komal, have been really helpful with providing us with all the appropriate documentation, facilitating the committee set up and ongoing support to help us coordinate the third party developers and additional team. The team have been open and engaged so far and we look forward to our ongoing partnership with SW9 in the future. Updated 2 years post RA set up - sadly the relationship hasnt continued as well as it started. There are a few key members such as Michelle and Komal who do a fantastic job at maintaining contact and ensure actions are carried out. However, the lack of engagement from any other member of the team is crippling the relationship and causing frustrations.
