They will do nothing to help the situation.
They say they care about mental health? Well let me tell you something, they DON'T.
6 months down the lane and the situation is the same as the first day.
They won't reply to calls or emails although you might get lucky and get an email after 3 weeks.
Unfortunately if you are unlucky and you find yourself stuck in a situation like this with them, complain straight to the council, don't try to resolve it them them!!!
