Reported water leak on the 6th April, they scheduled the repair the 27th April. Seriously? The wall and the laminate floor is already soaking wet and they said they were busy.

Have been accused of not paying rent, just because Kim couldn't put in just slightly more effort to locate the payment. Will the manager found the payment straight away, showing the have incompetent staff. On top of this, the phone lines are not recorded so when Kim has lied, there is no proof. My suggestion is to record every phone call with live west as they have the ability for lying for each other.

LiveWest have an aggressive driver in barnstaple , tail gates other drivers ,Flashing head lights and sounding horn , shouts and swears at other drivers , all because he can't get to his job on time , total as$hole , sack him , why don't you keep your grubby little company in exeter we don't want LiveWest in north devon . Lived in the property for more than 20 years back when it was DCH and 100x better and were nice and helpful. Now they still refuse to replace my windows which have been needing for a long time despite replacing windows in the next block where people have lived for a lot less time but they re-decorated the exterior building while I have had badly needed repairs inside ! Other needs ignored but happy to increase rent always. Absolutely disgusting company where your needs are neglected.
