If like myself and many other tenants you are not getting your repairs done by Jigsaw Homes I suggest you Google "disrepair claims" or "social housing landlord disrepair claim" and take it from there. If you have long standing repairs and you go down this route they will act quicker and take you more seriously. It's a pitty but it's a fact. I'm a jigsaw tenant and I have had to go down this route. As a jigsaw tenant I would have preferred it if my repairs were completed and to a good standard but they just don't care enough.

Worst housing association SOME of the staffs are very RUDE especially the repairs department had a flooding without toilet are kitchen sink and I was told I had to wait until the 18th for an appointment which is unacceptable especially when am paying my rent in full.And this is only one of the issues I have got with them regarding the condition of the property. V

I am zero percent satisfy from this company , not good company at all , if you have issue it take two years , as I raised a job from two years still struggling and calling to solve the issue and they said we give your job to different company and that company dont go a head , just come and check and disappear, so every week I keep calling and they ignore me ..
