Absolutely useless, just like the maintenance team they use for repairs (sure maintenance), think i will just stop paying my rent then they might listen, i have black mould in the bathroom and kitchen, had fungus growing out of the wall in the kitchen and was just told to put bleach on it, plus my kitchen was never done, and when you can get them to do a job it ends up worse than it was before, could do a better job myself with my eyes closed. if i could give them zero stars i would but they even force you to give them at least one star, totally useless, i could write a long list of jobs that need doing on this house but i would be here all day, AVOID them like the plague.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE Once a report for a repair has been made, please keep checking. I've had three houses with these and all been a disgrace. House 1 had constant water leaks leading to mould and wallpaper peeling off the wall. House 2, no insulation in walls, roof leaking where in winter there was icicles on the inside of the roof felt in the loft which again left mould and wallpaper falling of walls. Once we put our notice in and threatened to take them to court, they then started to repair the house a few days before moving. House 3 has currently blocked drain for 3 months where 5 teams have been out and all mentioned the same repair that needs doing yet still waiting on atleast an appointment for the repair. I have raw sewaged spilling into my garden and my children can not play out there. I've now had to threaten them with environment health. Miscommunication is shocking, repairman turn up that were not aware of (we both work full time) and they turn up quoting a repair weve not reported.
