Nikki is absolutely amazing!! she is so straight forward and gets the job done! She makes u feel very valued as a tenant and makes u feel listened too! After a couple of bad miscommunications with the contractors she sorted it out and I now know were I stand. She also managed to calm me which in itself can be hard work. She is the best person you have working for you and I hope she continues to work for you.

I have been living in a property managed by this housing company for several years now, and I must say, it has been an absolute nightmare. Communication with this company is non-existent, and I have had to chase them countless times to even get a response about requested maintenance and they have even taken incorrect rent amounts on numerous occasions. To make matters worse, since taking over the lease from my late mother in 2019, there have been numerous issues with the property that have gone unfixed for around 20 years. From leaks in the roof to broken walls/plasterboard alongside having unsanitary and dirty carpet flooring that hasnt been replaced since 1995. It seems like this company couldn't care less about the well-being of their tenants. I have been left feeling frustrated and hopeless, as my requests for better communication and maintenance have fallen on deaf ears time and time again. It is unacceptable that a company can continue to take our hard-earned money while neglecting their responsibilities as landlords. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs. The lack of communication and refusal to address issues in a timely manner has made my living situation a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I'm giving a 5* review not for brighter places but for Nikki Masters. She is a super star who has gone above and beyond to help. I spent 2 years battling with brighter places and solon to sort out the black mould in my house, with excuse after excuse as to why they can't do it at the moment. After 6 different people coming round nothing ever got done. One bloke even told me not to have my heating on because our houses wasn't built to be warm and anything over 12c in a house is to warm and to leave my bedroom windows open all day and ALL NIGHT in the dead of winter and if my kids get cold buy them an extra pair of pj's and and extra duvets for their beds!!! When nikki masters started she got straight on the case and within weeks the job was sorted and completed. They lady is the best. She deserves a reward for her outstanding work and communication. Because without her on the team brighter places would be a shambles!!! They need to take a leaf out of nikki masters book and start helping people and not make poor excuses up!!! The lady is a brighter places legend!!!!
