        Solon/Brighter Places! What a complete joke they are. Sent a letter informing me to book in an electrical test... final notice to book in they say. Shame between themselves and Ashton Electrical, having had the electrical tests they have done previous years, they have failed to change smoke alarms that went out of date in 2018. Its now 2022. Is there really a rush to have an electrical test done? Surely not as it wouldn't be done properly anyway. Solon/Brighter Places, shame on you. You have no regard for your tenants safety.

        Very good housing association,beautifull properties but the contractors that do the works let them down big time with low quality workmanship.MD need to go.

        Worst housing association ever ,still got ongoing damp from I moved in In 2016 No support for mental health Jobs raised get lost Surveyors don't do there jobs properly Lack of communication
