        Awful ableist company that doesn't care and is allowing other tenants to put familys lives at risk. Bully and increase property rent without fixing problems. The website doesn't work. Complaints get ignored. The neighbourhood coach is useless and is only concerned about making her own life easier. I don't know why I pay. Would give ZERO stars to this dis organisation if I could. AVOID.

        Report multiple issues over the past year and many haven't been resolved. Constantly failing to turn up to appointments. Constantly finding contractors performing cowboy fixes. Constantly complaining about all these failings and Bromford pretty much just shrug it off. Avoid Bromford at all costs.
