Helpline courteous but no follow up by the facilities team to which the issue was passed onto.

Absolutely bad, a joke, my son has had severe ASB for nearly 10mths, threatened to stab him twice and a threat to set his flat on fire, among other things, letter from the doctors gone in, no one listens, & their letting the person move back into his flat & he's only on a starter tenancy, my son has lost nearly 6st since this has been happening due to 2 useless housing officers not believing us, since this they've been moved to another area, they should of had the sack for not doing their job properly, I've been banned from putting comments on connexus fb page, I bet this doesn't even get published, will it take suicide for people to sit up & listen!!!! Not very helpful as reception was not open!!! Not a helpful response from some staff.

They are a waiste of time cause had problem with neighbour for anti social behaviour for nearly 4 years and nothing has been done they are to frightened to do anything about it.
