They never pick up the phone. Always appears as busy. I have never had the same doctor twice as they all seem to leave after a while. I wonder why.

Medical staff are all lovely however some receptionists let the Practice down by their rudeness.

Some of the doctors are good, the appointment times are usually accurate within 5-10 mins.
