They have improved since my last review, it's easier now to get an appointment. The secretarys are polite, they were never a problem anyway.

I already knew I'd had a terrible experience at this surgery, but it's been rammed home even more now that I've moved away and am attending a different surgery. This new surgery, despite facing all the same challenges as Commercial Way and other overstretched surgeries across the country, still manage to retain their empathy and humanity, as well as an admirably high level of organisation and patient care. When I was at Commercial Way I dealt with receptionists who were at best apathetic and unhelpful, and at worst outright hostile (I swear, despite the fact I'm writing a scathing review now, that I would never be unkind or impolite enough to warrant that treatment). It was so demoralising, and meant that I found myself avoiding trying to see the doctor even when I really needed it, as a result making my problems worse. It was almost impossible to get an in-person appointment. Even when a phone call was arranged, the phone call would either never come on the appointed day, or the surgery wouldn't be able to give even a loose timeslot so that people who work full-time could have a hope of being able to answer. The doctors and nurses were genuinely nice to deal with, but there were instances of terrible negligence when it came to the care I needed towards the end of the time I was registered at the surgery. When I think about this surgery I still feel upset and angry. I didn't deserve to be treated that way when I was unwell, and I can see from the other negative reviews (some horrific stories there) that I'm not alone. It is absolutely unacceptable and needs to be sorted out.

Flipping lazy people. I was on the phone the whole day and every time they pick up my phone call, they cut me off straight away. DISGUSTING. If youre not happy to work or help then dont work in GP!!!!!!

After covid, the service has gone really downhill. No GP appointments are available most of the time. Worth closing this GP practise and using money in any other part of NHS.

Receptionists are lovely and much better than nexus used to have can't say much for the emotional ethics of the doctors though left with a really sarcastic, demeaning and unprofessional comment and I know from past visits that your last health record shows up and mine was dealing with my mental health and I have major respect for all medical practices and perfectionist but felt like he had no respect for me wow place is really gone down hill I will give it one more try and if they still treat patients in the same demeanor I will change practice because I excepted that there was nothing that you could do for me that's not a problem but that's no way to talk to anyone and that's my frist time revisiting since lock down I was in the Aylesbury practice for 15 years I moved locally to this one and feel generally mistreated and it's so sad because you looked after my dad for years before he passed and now as a young adult trying to look after my own health you make me feel socially exiled to really on you to do the same for myself.
