Southgate Surgery

My 2 year old was seen by Dr Brian Geffin today and just because my son wanted to explore, the dr went down to my sons level, got close to my sons face and screamed and when i told him he has no rights to scream in my childs face he said he does have the rights as it is his clinic. This is a disgusting and not professional behaviour, it is not acceptable. It is not right for this dr to abuse his profession just because he is partners with the GP. I am disgusted that this man is working in this profession with that sort of behaviour.

Im really really happy with them, I have been with southgate surgery for years. The receptionist are a very professional they're very helpful. I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with Dr Yasser Salim is an excellent GP very professional and friendly, he remembers all my medical records before even looking at the computer, has been listening to me, with respect for all my health issues. He Focus on a single issue at a time, he is not like tell me what you have to say and get out. Genuinely he cares about his patients. I really really respect him. I wouldn't mind to wait even 4 weeks just to see Dr Salim, because I trust him with my health. Dr Brian Geffin also is an excellent gp too. I never had any issues with him. Very professional

I don't understand why there is so many bad reviews about this surgery. I can only say that they are great. I never had any problems with booking an appointment. Receptionists are very helpful and my doctor is absolutely amazing. Probably the best GP I have ever been registered with.

Impossible to book an appointment. Staff disconnected my call after finally getting through, having been on hold for over 10min. I have tried to call them 80 times today to get an appointment to no avail
