Got referred to here from 111 for a GP to see my baby as it was a Sunday. The receptionists were friendly. I waited only a few mins past my appointment time and the GP was lovely and helpful. Thank you

Patients should report concerns about Doctors or a medical practice to GMC (General Medical Council website). Dr Rumana Lasker is not even registered on the GMCs GP Register! She has arrogant judgemental attitude & some abuse their positions, are dismissive or discriminate (profile patients job race etc). They will even force you to take optional tests, medications or vaccines as they get paid for this per patient. Even administrators sitting in hidden back office invade patient privacy by watching them or ask what happened. Practice manager turns blind eye & receptionists open (or destroy) confidential complaints. So many bad practices going against GDPR and quack drs given warnings struck off register. Patients must report to GMC to safeguard harm to patients.

Very poor service. Made an official complaint no response or apology for their messing up. Reception team rude. Doctor who eventually responded via email with an answer "a nurse will call you" unprofessionals practise should be closed down. If everyone complains to the local health authority the maybe they will change their ways and practises!

they are incompetent people! I was scheduled at 10 a.m. and I waited for someone to pick me up until 11:58 a.m. I went to the Reception countless times and received the same answer: to wait in the waiting room. I was very disappointed and with a totally unpleasant experience!

Ive been at this practice for a very long time. The doctors at this practice are amazing! Ive never ever had any problems with any of the Drs. Dr Ramanathan, Dr Kee, Dr Bradburn, Dr Dawson are ones Ive been treated by over the decade. I cant thank these people enough. I praise them for their professionalism and dedication to their duties. Although I do agree on occasions there have been receptionists who can be awkward on the whole their system seems to operate ok. I thank the professionals here once again. Much appreciated
