How many times we ask for an appointment, we are not given face to face ;only phone appointments. I asked someone to see my daughter,s eyes ,they said -someone will call you and you will have to send pictures of her eyes.Last year when I asked about my daughters vaccination, (4 years old ,she was late with the 3 year vaccination,she was removed from their system .(how is possible???) Since August Im waiting for an gynaecological appointment; they booked an phone appointment on 19 th of June; how can the doctor see my body over the phone?(waitin almost a year for it?) Three years ago were waiting for an phone consultation,nobody called back and we solved the problem with a private doctor. If is all the time to pay for our health consultations;than;do we we need this GP?

I dont recommend this GP practice to No-one they are really bad and find that they are racist plus they make you wait on the phone for so long on hold max 2 hours just to try book an appointment!!! If you book an appointment and come from far they waste your time and say you cant be seen, the practice is such a joke the worstest one that they dont deserve a 1 star I would give none at all
