Terrible, god awful surgery, so unhelpful, never have appointments, they don't even know what they are doing especially the reception staff. I have been given incorrect information on several occasions creating further delays in receiving any sort of help, especially frustrating when it's for kids. Surely just wasting everyones time and money, very inefficient use of resources when apparently there is none having to do things 2-3times! Annoyingly once registered we can't even change surgeries within the area.

Not overly sure why people have been marking it down. I've always managed to get an appointment fairly quickly by calling first thing, the online consultancy works exactly as it should and I get a reply within 24 hours every time and when I've gone to collect forms they've been ready and I've been able to leave again within minutes. I must admit there seems a massive queue if you're waiting without an appointment but isn't that generally the case with anything now a days? So far I haven't had any poor experiences at all, occasionally I've had to chase test results but think it seems there isn't a system in place to let you know results have come back, however normally with a quick call I've got the info I needed.

This surgery has never been very good but it is now almost completely useless. My wife needed a simple form completed by her GP for the courts. We had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment and had to pay 100 in cash to see the GP and complete the form with a 20 minutes appointment slot. When we arrived for the appointment, the GP did not have a single clue how to complete the form and stated that she would have to pass it to someone else as she was a locum GP. I asked why we were only given a locum GP as the courts need one of her regular GP's, to which she told us that there are no longer any regular GP's at the surgery as they have all left and now the surgery is covered by just locum doctors. The reception staff namely Lisa and Caroline found it funny with my wife in tears over the stress and told us that they would arrange another appointment for the 23rd of the month but we needed to get a move on and decide as they were closing in 10 minutes. I have never met such a bunch of uncaring and incompetent people in my entire life!!
