Surgery opens at 08:50, called in at 08:38 yesterday for an urgent appointment and phone not answered. Today called at 08:45 and a receptionist answered after a 16 minute wait only to confirm no urgent/emergency appointments available for the whole morning as well as this afternoon.
Previously, even yesterday afternoon slots were only given once you called in that part of the day but today I get told the whole day is fully booked.
Its like I get advised about changes that seems to be changed whenever it suits the reception staff or the surgery.
Several times previously eventually when youve been seen by the DR and explain the reception situation to them they apologise on behalf of reception team but this is ridiculous.
Why cant the reception team just do their job as its meant to be?
