        Post Covid service is awful. Impossible to get treatment. I have been referred to out of hrs doctor after a phone call app the dr was based in Burnt oak. He referred me for a scan10 months ago no letter arrived , surgery is not aware. It is impossible to get a proper results from the tests. I have been trying to book my 10 y o daughter for her condition and it is impossible to get appointment. Stay away. We are changing gp.

        I m really happy here. Docters are great and so are staff. All surgeries have the same policy but it's the staff that make the difference

        Avoid if you can! From the day we registered, it has been absolutely tedious getting through to them - Avg. wait times for us have been 45/50 minutes. As far as appointments for babies are concerned, they don't really care. Our little one is now 1 and he has been unwell a few times - not once have they given us a face to face appointment. Prescribing antibiotics without seeing him/investigating the rash. Also, we have continuously had to chase the surgery for his vaccinations. I understand surgeries are overwhelmed but treating infants in this manner is a disgrace.
