Very disappointing Dr and practice. Incredibly uncaring to patient needs. Comes across as quite dismissive and short. Would not recommend. The reception staff also seem very brash. Will find another. Good luck with your health needs.

the worst here is the receptionist wih the dark short hair, she is rude and she wouldn't do anythig to help you and wouldn't call someone to help if she doesn't know how to do it even if you want to speak with someone else .

Very awful services, the staff are very unprofessional and unorganised I dont understand how they communicate with their clients and are still in business today, I highly recommend that if your loooing for a local general practitioners you seek elsewhere within Edgware as personally I think they are the worse mannered people youll come across who work for a general practitioner business based in Edgware.

I have been with this surgery for over 18 years It has got so bad its almost impossible to get a appointment They have over 20000 patients they cannot provide decent heath care you never normally see the same doctor and thats if you manage to get a appointment !
