I have asked for a copy of my prescription 4 weeks ago. It should have been sent via email in less than 5 days.

DO NOT GO THERE - Would give zero rating if possible. My daughter has also been waiting over 3 months for her frames to be reglazed. She has had to chase them only to be fobbed off, they are not responding to her emails so now she is going to contact trading standards for a refund, no doubt she wont see her frames ever again!Absolutely disgusted with them, post cataract surgery and she still doesnt have an up to date pair of glasses.

My dad Went in July for new lenses waited 3 MONTHS! to get the new ones back after lots of complaining brought them home and they didnt seem right. Im pretty sure they just gave him his old glasses back. We gave them transition glasses and the new frames were not meant to have transition but strangely did, and the new glasses also had the same problems as my old glasses. Yet they still made me pay. Another lady when I went back in was complaining about the exact same thing happening
