Dr Bird is a lovely Doctor. Very attentive and understanding.

The new system for messaging is absolutely terrible you can only use the link once.if you make a mistake that's it you cannot resend a notification. Needs fixing.

Can never get through

Excellent service and receptionist always ready to help which is very rare this day and age

Seen quickly by doctor who listened to me about my ailment and not only prescribed the medication but other forms of treatment that where available in the long term

Surgery is quite busy and the wait for reception can be long. Could do with an extra staff member at reception. Doctors and nurses are generally good

I see all the bad reviews have been removed - this surgery is the pits
