it's impossible to have an appointment. my experience" I called 13:26 pm( the computer doesn't open yet until 13.30 pm. So, i called them back (at 13:36 pm) and they was fully booked( just 12 people can have appointment). The receptionist just told me that i have to keep trying every day like if i have to try to win the lottery one day and for them it is normal. We are talking about sick people can not have an appointment when they are sick. it's a joke, I think we deserve better than that!

I will never forget how Dr Savita Mittal helped my father & in his terminal illness she was there for him, I changed Surgery due to this & now she cares for me, wonderful lady.

Dr Mittal and her team are truly wonderful. Not only is Dr Mittal incredibly empathetic and caring, but she has also gone above and beyond to accommodate my daughter during times of illness, even offering emergency appointments. The entire practice, from the reception staff to the specialist nurses and doctors, is top-notch. The office is modern and convenient, even allowing for prescription requests to be made via email. I highly recommend this practice

Urgently need my biopsy result cant get appointment even after getting message from doctor asking me to ring for one. Disgusting and upsetting
