Friendly staff Very helpfull very informative and supportive GPs Very nicely maintained with very clean floor and surroundings Reallt understanding and supportive staff they are really lovely Only a small problem is with the parking which can be a bit difficult to find a spot as parking area is not big Its not bad bad most times there will be couple of vaccant spots but sometimes it is really difficult to park Lucky enough we can utilise tesco parking in case of emergency which is not the best but still

So frustrating trying to get a face to face appointment I am a hair dresser and see clients all day every day close contact why hasnt it gone back to normal yet!! Theres some sickness or illness where u cant describe on the phone and you need to see I think my situation has got worse because of phone call appointments and taking different antibiotics which arent helping AT ALL its depressing then when ringing back some of the out of hours hasnt put what antibiotics they where on my record

Very difficult to get appointments after a year of being told phone appointments only I did finally manage to get in yesterday for my smear test. I just don't understand why doctors surgeries can't return to normal when hospitals have returned to normal. It makes no sense!

I phoned up for an appointment for my wife at exactly 8am when it opens ! I was 4th in the queue and tried to get an appointment after 3.30 but it was fully booked ?? How can that be ? Second day in a row now .try again tomorrow .
