        Waited half an hour to get thru on phone to get help for 93 year old mum. I then needed to ring their pharmacy and could nt get thru, what a surprise. They do not answer the phone, this is very upsetting when people need help.

        Excellent medical centre. With the exceptions of a couple of locum doctors, my experience of The Elms has been exceptional. Thank you to all the hard working doctors and staff!
