I don't really use the doctors or walk in centre as I'm generally a healthy person but I have needed to it's been awful, waiting a month for an appointment to be seen by a nurse not a doctor

I am generally of good health, but recently had a few problems all at once. I found from the first point of contact, the reception staff to be both professional and courteous and a pleasant surprise listening to what others say about doctors reception staff. The clinical staff are also in the same mould helpful and easy to approach. All in all a very good practice.

Every time for me I didnt get any good response but now it's my child health problem From Friday I m trying to get appointment for my child but call is busy but when on Monday I get response and they are giving me appointment on Wednesday , And my child skin is getting worse and worse

The Receptionist was very helpful and friendly, hence the star. The Nurse called Emma, treated me very coldly, and was contemptible. Her bedside manner was very hard, cold and uncaring. She read out notes from the screen, implying that I have a mental health problem, which is untrue and incorrect. She made me feel insecure and naturally I felt defensive as my character had been defamed. I am not an aggressive person, which is what she implied, and I feel this was reverse projection on her part. Dr Lee rang me today and asked me about a doctor I knew at Sandringham medical center, (I went there over 10 years ago). Another negative interaction with this practice, I would not recommend it. This has been without doubt the worst experience I have ever had in a GP surgery.

The clinical staff are excellent and the admin staff are exceptional in my families experience. Best doctors surgery that we have ever had.
