Surgery is always empty when you walk in but can never see a dr. Took me 18 months to get a referral. Trying to see a dr over something suspected serious and its impossible to get through via phone or online. Worst decision to change surgeries.

Would give no stars if possible! Can never get through on the phone lines from 8am. I have even been down the past 2 mornings and queued from 7.50 to be told no appointments available when reaching the front. Hopefully it's 3rd time lucky tomorrow! Absolute joke!!

Phone lines permanently busy, impossible to get an appointment. Terrible service.

This place have their head up their backside and the snottiest Receptionists I have ever come across. Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment yet its now past my allotted Appointment Time and I'm being told that there is yet another Patient to be seen before I am seen, I mean what is the point of having Appointment Times if you don't keep to them it's unprofessional as Patients work around the Doctor's schedule and arrive at the allotted times yet everytime with this gaff the Doctor's are behind on their work I mean my appointment was supposed to be at 11:40am how are you even falling behind on your work that early in the day it's a bloody joke and this practice should be ashamed of their Shambolic set up.
