Sefton Road Surgery

I called up the surgery last week as I hadnt been feeling well, due to my illness. The receptionist was amazing and could tell over the phone how bad I was and recommended that I see a doctor even though it wasnt what I was asking for initially, to cut a long story short the doctor sent me for a blood test and turned out I was very Ill (without going into detail) from the results I was promptly referred to Hospital and received treatment. I can not thank them enough. Every encounter Ive had at this surgery Concept House and Sefton Road has been exceptional and their service towers over any GP practice I have been registered at previously. If they can help they will. 5 stars from me. Even with the NHS being massively under funded at the moment these people deserve medals.

Fantastic surgery snd friendliest staff possible. Very helpful and a fantastic website that's easy to navigate and understand. Great doctors and Dr Goldberg has helped me immensely over the last 5 years, if I could give 10 stars I would.

Excellent surgery. Always go that extra mile- especially the reception and administration staff. Today was an especially difficult day sorting bloods for my son. I forgot the forms at the hospital and Lorraine and Megan were to the rescue to help ease the pressure. Thank you very much
