        Receptionists here are extremely rude and wouldn't give me a registration form despite me being in the catchment area. It's 1.3 miles from where I live. Can't believe how stuck up and rude they are. They basically scoffed at me in a mocking way. I also left a bad review on the NHS website. I think they need to find a different profession away from the healthcare sector as they should know better and learn to treat people with kindness and respect. I honestly felt discriminated against because of my accent. It's the only reason I can come up with. I currently need to register with a new Doctors and struggle with anxiety so to say I'm disgusted is an understatement.

        Staff are lovely, Dr Bird is a rare gem- so compassionate and understanding. Myself and my children are fairly new to the surgery and have to say it is the best move I have made. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. X
