Like all NHS GP surgeries they're under immense pressure but the staff are always very helpful and Dr. Khan is a wonderful GP, I went to see him with a bowel complaint that I was ignoring being a fella, but he insisted I go to hospital to get checked out and they found stage 3 cancer and I recieved succesful treatment at Fazakerley Hospital 4 years ago, had he not been on his game I'd have probably been dead by now, can't speak highly enough of all the staff there not just Dr. Khan.

Had a phone appointment for 16.00,and received a call at 12.00 while on a job assessment.Obviously I couldnt answer and got told off that they tried to call me and I didnt answer and to call them back to book again.Needless to say I havent got them on the phone since then and its been 5 days.

Been with them for well over a year. Their speed of service is astounding, Dr. I. Khan is refreshing, responsive, and quick to refer if needed. The reception staff have always been great asset, efficient, honest, and focussed on advocating the patient's health need in my opinion!

Receptionists very rude . Don't try and help you . I had a scan 4 weeks ago and can't get the results because you have to phone up for an appointment in the mornings been trying for 4 weeks . No joy . I suppose I'm never going to get my results now . .. the staff in there are absolute jokes . Explained this to them to then be told to phone back in morning . Wow . No wonder they answer phones for a job .DO NOT JOIN THIS DOCTORS .
