        Had an appointment with a practice nurse today, first time of meeting her and she's a lovely person took the time to ask about my various health issues. I then asked at reception could I book an appointment with a specific doctor, and was told yes fine is Tuesday 9th May OK, needless to say I was a little surprised at the availability but to be honest I've never had a problem with this surgery, they are brilliant.

        Rung up for women issues , no appointments for another 2 weeks and told me to ring 111 The 111 said they booked me an appointment for 11:30am in this surgery 12 I rung up and they said the doctor will call me this afternoon. Its 4 and I called again. They said mines the last appointment on the phone I fumed on the receptionist but at this point I dont care anymore sick being treated as a mug
