Tried to sign up to Walton Medical Centre today, because of moving from Litherland. The receptionist (on 05/09/2018 at 3.30 pm) has questioned ironically my address, asking for 2 id's and my tenancy contract to prove my new address, although I have proved this with my driving licence. . Such a poor service
