Cant understand how it takes 12 weeks to move an elderly man from his rented flat to another more suitable to his needs especially when there is empty accommodation

They dont think things through properly especially the councillors introduce unworkable schemes

Absolute disgusting customer service. Waited 45mins for a phone call to then be hung up on. Would not recommend wasting you're time contacting via phone call.

This is what our local council tax paying money goes towards. These guys to stay here for 3 hours a day doing nothing just chatting and eating sandwiches
