        Absolute waste of time having building control and enforcement people here: it seems you can break building plans an permissions an get away with it. I have a neighbour who was given permission to build a single story flattop extension to the rear of his house but instead of that hes built a double story apex extension." So its double the height and 1m deeper than it should be. No matter how many times building control and the enforcement people have been told about this they have let him carry on with the build absolute joke, I even stressed that it has made my kitchen darker but little do they care: also he didnt even supply us with a party wall agreement. If this building was inspected properly then I shouldve been seen that he was over size from the start and he hasnt even used a proper builder"".
