Mr Toad
The staff act as if they're doing you a favour by doing their job. And if you ask any questions outside of asking for a permit they'll look at you like you're speaking Aramaic. The lockdown permit process was a joke as well. Being called from a mobile number with info that can be obtained from anyone's car and asking for card details isn't acceptable. Should have been an online portal to pay on the website. Crazy idea I know.
