        Come to spend the day at Eynsford Ford. Lovely area with lovely people. The issue i had was at around 12 o'clock Sunday the 14th August, the audacity of parking attendants who gave a parking ticket to an ice cream van which was serving customers at the time and did not give the gent an option to move or explain. The worst part is, they pulled up and PARKED, on a private road that clearly stated no parking. You just cant write it.

        I asked for a new bin for an alleyway near our home. Ben took full ownership of my request, created a report and forwarded it to the relevant department, telling me exactly how to contact them directly in future. Superb service. Now I just need Direct Services to be as efficient and they'll also get 5 stars!
