        E mailed my 2 local Councillors asking about caravans etc - no replys at all ,don't come knocking on my door for votes .

        I suppose as a council you're more likely to get a rating when someone's involved in a frustrating running battle but I've had several occasions to contact them by email and my queries have been dealt with very promptly and efficiently, as has just been the case. Mind you, it might be just me but registering then logging in to the Council Portal is invariably a pain as it always takes exception to something as 'invalid'.
