        Well my experience has been that CDC are very pragmatic and sensible when it comes to matching the need for new homes and employment with the high value landscape that exists in this area. Not easy !

        They promote climate emergency. Yet dont deal with pollution in town or wasting electricity with lights at leisure centre!

        Middle of Cirencester at 1030 on a Sunday morning and a parking person is dobbing-in cars parked lawfully the parking payment machine clearly says Mon-Sat yet the person says hes right and the machine is wrong! Thankfully he calls his manager who advises him to desist I dont blame the parking person I blame the woeful management ..
