        The most monumentally thick HR department I've ever dealt with. Wrote back to me asking what job I'd applied for even though it was clearly stated in my application. Incapable of following their own recruitment procedure as laid out in their advertisments. Hardly an enticement for prospective employees.

        Spoke to the Buildings department to support the sale of my house. Answered on both days that I called immediately and had a very useful follow-up email that I could use. Great service!

        Spoken with two guys from CDC regarding the litter issue in Bicester and around cherwell. Ive seen few area that bad, Ive asked for CDC to support the group I run but I have been spoken to in a rude unsupportive manner. CDC should be challenging private landlords and going to schools more to push them to educate kids more provide them with equipment!! which would in long run benefit Cherwell. Also bottle banks need CCTV to catch culprits which also would save money in the long run!!! But cdc arent willing to do this which means they will endlessly keep attending bottle banks! Why dont you do a scheme where you could have benefits people employed doing picking and give them some money for being a good citizen!?? Litter picking is fantastic for everybody mental health and physical health. Bicester depot have bin liners in LOADS!!!boxes just sat doing nothing yet cant provide the picking group I run with equipment which is appalling.
