Very disappointed with the service. I am planning to open a restaurant in Bicester, I called them to get some direction and guidance on what should be done regarding the planning and licensing; however, literally no one has a clue. Unfriendly, and unprofessional. Is that what you get when you plan to invest money in Bicester?

Is it really normal for a council to approve changes to STRUCTURAL WORKS without checking the new calculations?? Considering the property is now held up with acros and DOES NOT COMPLY. AND THATS A FACT. If anyone is considering using the council for building control services DONT. they sign off non compliant structural changes to major building projects WITHOUT obtaining any new engineer calculations. And then lie through their teeth to get out of it. my bungalow has been made unsafe and the council do nothing. they are about as useless and fake as the contractor who Carrie'd out the work. AVOID at all costs note im disabled too, unemployed with ZERO income and I suspect some form of discrimination is at play here and im going to prove it.WATCH OUT BUILDING CONTROL TEAM IM GOING TO EXPOSE YOUR FLAWS AND FAILURES FOR ALL.TO SEE JUST HOW THE COUNCIL OPERATES.
