Cant understand how it takes 12 weeks to move an elderly man from his rented flat to another more suitable to his needs especially when there is empty accommodation

The staff here are rude especially BILLIE JEAN HENRY and talk to you like something on the bottom of there shoe Ive been homeless for over a month now through no fault of my own Ive been sleeping outside in 37 degree heat Ive not been offered a single piece of help or directed to any organisations who can help or assist me members of the public have done more for me than encompass have 3MONTHS later still homeless emailed the address below no response, now care for a child full time still havent heard back Ive not been offered no help or support at all this place is pointless

Billie Jean Henry has a very big discrimination problem she is extremely rude and very judgmental fails to return any calls or emails also fails to submit the correct information for social housing this place is a joke

Both Georgia Gowing and Alex Boldogh did a fantastic job at helping me rent my property out, despite more than a few problems along the way ! Highly recommended using Encompass and its staff if you wish to rent your property out !
