Worst company. Not at the airport, closed when we got there and not answering phone....

One of the most shocking, unreliable & bad practice of customer service minimum standards ever witnessed. Including from senior staff at the branch. Be very very warned.

They use an external call centre when you ring up who give you a quote but have no idea about availability. It's next to useless.
