Van Hire Broker, Supposed to confirm booking within a working day but didn't. From proposed pick up location found Van hire company they would book with and they hadn't got a booking. I can't wait around on the off chance they might book something, on third day of waiting saw Trustpilot reviews and booked elsewhere.
