Worst experience ever! Discourteous and inexperienced personnel operating the garage. They do not pay heed to customer s request, stopped taking calls after the initial call from their end regarding some advisory services, which they say they completed within 15 minutes! Following which they didn't respond to call well over a day and delayed the delivery of the car. Definitely avoid!!!! Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

We were rear-ended on the Richmond Bridge and it messed our vehicle up pretty bad. Will Banuelos and his team took us to a rental car place and got our vehicle back on the road in less than a week. He took amazing care of my wife and dealt with the insurance company. I will bring my vehicles back EVERYTIME there is a problem.

Awful service. So disappointed, not recommending to anyone. Please stay as far away as you can. Not only won't fix anything but also will break everything in the process

You'll think it's a joke, but it's true. Went to DNA autos for a timing belt change. At first they were polite and booked the car for service. They offered to collect my car from work and do the job while I'm working. After work I found my car in the same place as I left. Went to the garage to hear that they were "really busy" and had no time to collect the car. So I left the car in the garage and they promised me that next day after work car will be ready. Guess what happened next day, car hasn't been touched. Yes, busy again. I told them I need the car in 2 days and they promised me again that car will be ready the following day. The car wasn't ready. One more day passed, the day I have to go to the airport. They gave the car on the last minute, half done, while changing timing belt they somehow managed to break air intake hose, steering fuil reservoir and fog light, also most of the clips from front bumper and other parts were broken, also there were huge gaps between headlight and bumper. Came back from the airport and noticed antifreeze leak, went to the garage, mechanics said that job was done by the boss but he's not in today and will be tomorrow. So I came next day, he was there but "very busy" and tried to fool my that finding puddle of antfreeze every morning is normal process after replacing timing belt. I said it's not normal so he asked to come tomorrow and they will check the car. Came following day, boss was present, but instead of checking the car he just asked me to leave the car and he'll check it tomorrow. When I mentioned broken clips he stated to shout and said that it's not a new car and I shouldn't worry about such things. Also at first he refused to fix what he broke, but eventually he agreed to the leak. Again, many days after I told them that I need the car in early morning, they promised me AGAIN that they will stay longer to fix the issues and I will find the car outside the garage in the morning. Woke up next day, had to walk to the garage and guess what? No car. Went there again when they opened. Their excuse was that they forgot to take the car outside. Also, after fixing the leak they broke front bumper and forgot to put back undertray. After taking the car to decent garage they found complete broken bumper clips, missing bolts, missing headlight cover and other things. Most agonising month of my life. NEW faults after collecting the car: Broken fog light, Missing undetray, Broken bumper clips, detached bumper, Broken other trim parts, Missing headlight cover, Gaps between headlight and bumper, Antifreeze leak. Missing bolts and screws. Oil and sweat smell in the car. These are things I have noticed after quick inspection, wondering what things I have missed. This garage has more than 1 star score only because garage owner gave himself 5 stars to boost the average score. Pathetic service and disgusting lying owner. Lost a lot of money and time because of them.

NEW faults after collecting the car:
