Worst shop ever, we booked a car for the weekend, they sent us an appointment to pick up the car between 1pm and 2pm, they were closing at 1pm. They didn't call, no one was there and we could see the car booked behind the gate. After an hour with the customer service I could only raise a complaint asking for compensation. We had to book last minute a more expensive car due to availability. Their mistake cost us 200 more and 4 hours wasted
