Ordered EKA code for my MG TF, then an hour later a notification from PayPal that my payment was being refunded!
So I phoned (the number is a forwarding service) and got the owner's voicemail. Left message asking what was going on - could they not fulfil the order & why. Three days passed with no response.
Can only guess that they are no longer in business - in which case removing the website would avoid a lot of grief for potential customers. But instant refund, so no real harm done - just mildly irritating, hence 2* rather than 1*
