D&G ASSIST

Am a green flag member, who apparently use D&G for some things. Hit a pothole in the middle of nowhere, causing a puncture. Then found that my locking nut had been gunned on so tight it had ruined the key, so was stranded. Mechanic came out extremely quickly but sadly couldn't help, as it was so badly damaged, so he arranged recovery on the spot for us. Recovery came quickly and got us home. Communication from the office was exceptional throughout, with regular updates and both the mechanic and recovery driver were so helpful and went above and beyond for us. Thank you to everyone involved.

I had no time remove my personnal stuff after the accident on the motorway so tried to get an appointment. The vehicle been transfered to a different depot where the vehicle was robbed. I went back to the D&G but they did not find them: baby seat, dashcam, jump lead, fuel bottle. Really shame ...

Used these guys via green flag. Lots of bad reviews so I was skeptical. Was a little late but life happens.recovered my car to where I wanted it to go. Would have given 5 stars if bang on time or early. Thanks for helping me!

If I could give minus stars then Id given them.. this so called company is absolutely useful.. Ive waited 7 hours for recovery... No communication what so ever..! Ive rung them every hour and theyve said 30mins.. in total they have said 30 mins for four hours.. if theyd been honest with me Id been able to find other cover and not had to miss work. This company has cost me money and all they had to say is well Im at home so Im not priority.. Service: Battery

Green flag used D&G for a rescue. They were on time, friendly and fixed the issue on the spot.
