If this company is the one i think it is, Which is Hertz 24/7 Van Rental which can be found at Ikea, SuperStore or places alike then this service is great! Very Very easy to use, Never have no ability in rentals. The only concern I have is that they dont get cleaned as I've had a few rentals which are dirty from previous user and with covid now things need to be tighter! However, The service is great and I have had contact with customer service and never been dissapointed with them. They need to advertise this more as people dont knoe about it.

This is the worst company I have ever known to rent a car from please be aware never trust them and one reason was you wouldnt be able to call them to discuss your inquiries. This company lie and cheap and they scam you off your money please do go to enterprise far better this company. They have still charge me 65 for the reservation I have can cancel when I found the car been badly damage but still charge me it . BEAWARE you wouldnt even be call to discuss your refund
