We borrowed a van and when it came time to return we tried to add fuel but the fuel card got rejected as it was at its max limit already so weve had to pay. Not happy- would not recommend!

DO NOT HIRE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - hired a van for 3 hours to help a friend move house, when we went to collect the van it wasn't there, we waited around and received a text saying there was another van for us. (Not too bad so far) When attempting to return the vehicle the Costco gates were locked, even though Hertz wanted us to return the van there at that time. I was stuck outside for over an hour trying to contact them, but no reply.. this whole time I am getting charged for being late and stressing about where I am going to put the van.. I drove it home in the end and got in touch the next day.. the response from them wasn't good enough, poor service. Wont be hiring again.

I hired the van for a quick job. When I got in the van, I could not find the fuel card as stipulated in their T&C. I contacted them straight away and I was I formed to go ahead with my hire and top up fuel using my own money. When I tried to top up fuel, I could not locate the fuel key so I assumed you have to use the fuel card. I then decided to return the van in time and settled the bill straight away that day (which included fuel usage). Three weeks down the line, I had an invoice for 50, for not topping up the fuel. When I asked why, they said it's their T&C and I should have used my own money to make sure the fuel was at 1/4 tank. They did not even acknowledge that the fuel card was missing and apologise but all they wanted is impose a penalty of 50....daylight robbery
