Great experience with a friendly and helpful nurse and reception staff member.

They shouldn't cancel appointments after accepting the 80 booking fee. Cancellation email went to Spam, so obviously we don't find out until the day.

Dont answer the phone or if they do they just put it down, or they ask you to hold then put it down. Apparently takes a month to get your record on your app?
